If you are registering a volleyball team, please submit this form with your team name and contact information for your team captain. Please only submit one form per team. If you are registering as an individual, just fill in your own contact information. We will place you on a team when you arrive on the event day.

 

Your registration fee for online registrations can be paid by mailing a cheque, phoning us with your Visa/MasterCard details, or providing payment upon check-in on Saturday morning.
